By using the services of Rejuvenate Mind, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services
Rejuvenate Mind provides mental healthcare services including psychiatric consultations, therapy, counseling, and psychological assessments. Our services are provided by qualified mental health professionals including NIMHANS-trained psychiatrists and RCI-registered psychologists.
Appointments
Appointments should be scheduled in advance through phone, WhatsApp, or our online booking form. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid any inconvenience. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods including cash, UPI, cards, and bank transfers. Receipts will be provided for all payments made.
Confidentiality
All information shared during consultations is strictly confidential and protected by doctor-patient privilege. Your records are maintained securely and accessed only by authorized clinical staff involved in your care.
Emergency Services
Rejuvenate Mind is an outpatient clinic and does not provide emergency or inpatient services. In case of life-threatening emergencies or immediate risk of harm, patients should contact emergency services (112) or visit the nearest hospital. Our team can provide guidance for appropriate referrals.
Clinic Timings
Our clinic operates 10 AM to 7 PM, closed on Tuesdays. Meeting strictly by pre-booked appointment. For urgent matters outside clinic hours, please leave a message and we will respond as soon as possible.
